Microsoft, as part of its Office 365 suite, are now offering a modern cloud-based telephony solution that integrates directly into the suite. In a single app, Microsoft Teams, you and your colleagues can combine voice calling with chat and meetings – streamlining your workflow and uncomplicating communication.

In addition, contacts and calendars are synchronised across Teams and Outlook, and collaboration is made easier by using Word, Excel and PowerPoint within your calls and meetings. Calls can be made using recognisable desktop hardware, as well as allowing your team to take their calls with them wherever they are with a single number accessible via an app for any device.

This host of benefits, amongst numerous others, are built upon the trusted and secure Microsoft Cloud.
